We will give you a real problem. Your job is to build a small business model around it.
You do not have to start the business. You only have to show us how it would work — and prove that you talked to real people about it.
CHOOSE ONE PROBLEM
Problem 1 — The last 90 days
Around you , many Class 10 students score between 45 and 55 percent. Their parents get very worried three months before the board exam. Year-long tuitions already exist. Nobody has made anything for these last 90 days.
Problem 2 — The two-month summer break
Children aged 4 to 7 sit at home for two months every summer. They forget what they learnt. Parents are busy and worried. Most parents do not want a full school. They want something small.
Problem 3 — The principal's problem
A small private school principal says her Class 5 children can read the words but cannot understand the meaning. Parents are complaining. She has some budget, but no teacher and no material to fix it.
Pick ONE. Then build a business model for it.
WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO IN 7 DAYS
Day 1 — Pick your problem. Make it more specific. Decide exactly which children (grades) and which parents you are talking about.
Day 2 to Day 4 — Talk to 3 real people. Parents, teachers or principals. Ask them their challenges regarding the problem and how they deal with it. Write down what they say.
Day 5 to Day 6 — Build your model. Name your programme. Decide how long it runs, how many students in one batch, what the fee is, and where your first 10 customers will come from.
Day 7 — Send your entry.
You do NOT need money for this. You do NOT need a website, a logo or a business name. You do not need to start anything.
We will go thorough the submissions, if the conversations are made up or the photos are copied/fake or AI generated, the entry will be cancelled.
